Yin w/ Yoga Nidra

Mondays at Noon

This class offers time to dive deep into your body and in to healing rest. The first half of class is spent holding yin postures to reduce stress and increase flexibility. During the second half you will be led in a guided yoga nidra meditation focused on calming and healing the nervous system.

Curvy Yoga

Tuesdays at 4:30p & Thursdays at 6:30p

Open to all yogis in bodies of all shapes, sizes and abilities. We will focus on building your practice from the ground up, offering adaptions to postures, demoing prop options and transitioning slowly between poses. This is a body affirming weekly class that is low key and a fun way to begin yoga or to grow your practice.

Slow Flow

Fridays at Noon

This slow flow class is lead by the desires of those who show up, focusing on safe supported alignment and breath connected flow, guiding you towards awareness of self and allowing space to explore.

Monday Evening Zoom Yoga

Join Elisabeth on Mondays from 5:30-6:30p via zoom to practice yoga from the comfort and privacy of your own home! This body affirming class is a great way to begin practicing or return to your yoga practice. Pay what you are able.
